The LXQt team announces a point release of lxqt-config 2.3.1

Changes:

• Updated the code for kscreen 6.6.
• Added monospace setting to lxqt-config-appearance.
• Added draglock and disable-while-typing touchpad settings for X11.
• Added unsupported notice for brightness on Wayland to lxqt-config-brightness.
• Gave parent to advanced settings dialog of monitor dialog.
• Removed unneeded .ui tags.
• Added missing colons to labels of lxqt-config-input.
• Restore margins of Default Applications page.
